RiteCredit Account Closure Guide
If you’ve decided to close your RiteCredit account, we’re here to make the process simple and straightforward. Please follow the steps below:
1. Repay Any Outstanding Credit Balance
Before you can request to delete your account, make sure all outstanding credit amounts are fully repaid through the RiteCredit app.
2. Request Account Deletion
You can choose either of the following methods:
Option A: In-App Self-Service
Once your balance is cleared:
- Open the RiteCredit app
- Go to Account Settings → Account Deletion
- Select Permanently Delete Account and confirm
- Your request will be processed immediately
Option B: Request via Email
Alternatively, you may:
- Send an email to help@ritecredit.cc
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered mobile number for verification
- Our team will review and complete the process within 3 business days
Important Notes
- This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. All associated data—including transaction history and personal details—will be permanently erased from our system.
